  16. Let me add my voice to James', Ken's and Vinko's...

  18. Not only does Apple benefit from MacApp feedback via MacApp.Tech$, but the
  19. participants on MacApp.Tech$ provide a much needed support role to other MacApp
  20. users.  People "donate" their time to answer the hundreds of questions directed
  21. to this group address, including taking the time to answer the beginners'
  22. questions that have been asked and answered umpteen times.

  24. I think an exception should be made to the new AppleLink KC rates to assure
  25. that this outstanding resource isn't crippled by people leaving the group
  26. address because the price of participation is too high.
